The goods are shipped to him by the local n’lock agent, or by the agent located the nearest to him. This simplifies shipping, warranty and possible returns.
Returns are only possible if the product is absolutely new, in original packaging and has never been mounted on a bicycle.
Warranty is one year from shipping date.

Packaging and shipping costs in the EU (European Community) are € 8.00
Packaging and shipping costs outside the EU are €18.00. Taxes and duties that are charged are to be borne by the Customer.
